Service was on-time, thorough, and speedy. Ben Hanen is an elite tech in my opinion. We specified exactly what water-heater we wanted after considerable research (50-gal. Rheem/Rudd) and requested a smitty pan and stand as well.
The quality of the accessories were superb, better than two competing quotations, and Ben's installation was well-ordered and much improved over the original. Overall cost was slightly higher than other quotes, but well worth the expense, thanks to Ben's knowledgeable problem-solving. In summation, don't change for God's sake! You are doing too many things right.
