When Franco Testa decided it was time to start his own service company in San Diego, he knew that he wanted excellent customer service, continued training for his technicians and a guarantee beyond anything offered by any other company. Testa had the energy and drive needed for such a venture but he lacked experience needed to put his plan in action. He teamed up with Wendell and Mark Presgrave, owners of the award winning My Plumber Heating and Air of Northern Virginia and Suburban Maryland. The rest is history.
